A graduate in Polymer Engineering from the University of Science Malaysia, Ang spent 10 years building his career in the palm oil biodiesel and milling industry before making a bold transition in 2016 to pursue his true calling—sustainable agriculture.
With a decade of engineering expertise and hands-on farming experience, Ang blends technical knowledge with practical application to champion regenerative agriculture and agroforestry. His approach integrates science, traditional wisdom, and sustainable practices, offering farmers and communities practical ways to restore soil health, improve biodiversity, and create long-term food security.
As an accredited HRDF trainer, Ang has designed and delivered engaging workshops on topics ranging from regenerative agroforestry to traditional rice wine brewing. His mission is to empower individuals to start their journey in regenerative farming by sharing real-world practices, innovative methods, and entrepreneurial insights.
